Pleasant View teen’s idea making positive impact helping others

It’s not everyday you see a young teenager taking on a manager’s role overseeing operations that will positively impact so many different people and businesses. But that is exactly what Brody Mitchell, age 13, from Pleasant View, is doing.

The son of Lauren and Matthew Mitchell, Brody recently approached his Uncle Steven Lewis, owner of the Blarney Stone Marketplace in Erin, with an idea and they went to work to put the idea into motion.

Brody and the Blarney Store are partnering with the charity YAIPAK of Clarksville to sell Amazon returned merchandise. YAIPAK is a non-profit organization with a 10,000 square foot warehouse in Clarksville, that receives donations from lots of different groups such as Amazon, Lowes, Walmart and others…
