FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 33-year-old man who was arriving at his home in Fresno Monday died after being shot while in his car, police said.
Officers say 33-year-old Kuvar Kumar was in his vehicle and was arriving home on the 4700 block of N State Avenue in Fresno when he was shot.
Police said that two people who resided in the home heard the gunshots and reported it to law enforcement…
