FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A crash on Interstate 69 caused a traffic jam Monday afternoon.
The crash happened on I-69 southbound near the 303 mile-marker. That’s on Fort Wayne’s west side near Illinois Road. By 3 p.m., traffic appeared to be flowing again.
