BOILING SPRINGS, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The South Carolina Highway Patrol reports charging a man in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist.
SCHP said a bicyclist was hit by an unknown vehicle on U.S. 176 near Old Furnace Road on July 17.
The Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office identified the bicyclist as 51-year-old Elvis Oral Strachan, who died on scene at 3:30 a.m. from his injuries…
