Multiple departments respond to fight of 50-70 people in Monroe

MONROE, MI — Four people were arrested for disorderly conduct and two required medical attention after a large fight occurred late Sunday, July 20 at East Third and Half streets.

Police were dispatched to a report of multiple people fighting, with possible weapons involved shortly before 9 p.m., according to the Monroe Public Safety Department. Police estimated 50 to 70 people were engaged in shouting and physical altercations.
