Maybe we could entitle this story Six Degrees of ‘bacon cheeseburger” because for what we are about to discuss to come true, more than a few “dominoes” will have to fall into place.
If you’ve been in Lafayette and the Acadiana area for a while, you know this part of the state has had a “wish list” of iconic companies we’d like to locate here. Once upon a time, we wanted a Top Golf or a Dave and Busters; now we have those. And while the coveted dream of a P.F. Chang’s still has not come to fruition, perhaps the fast food “gods” are lining up for a “meat patty” miracle?
