MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A 39-year-old woman was arrested in an animal abuse investigation on Madison’s southwest side, according to Madison Police Department PIO Stephanie Fryer.
Fryer stated 14 animals were taken from a home along the 2100 block of Gilbert Road.
