COHOES — More than 10 hours of overtime was spent by Cohoes police on July 12 trying to handle a group of three 12-year-olds and three teens.
The first group — including pre-teens wanted on a Family Court warrant for an Albany shooting — had allegedly possessed two flare guns. The second group threw drinks at a vehicle, injuring an 11-year-old. Police said all the suspects were from Albany.
