MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police are investigating a possible drowning at the lake next to the Raleigh library Tuesday night.
Around 7 p.m., officers responded to a suspicious person call at 3452 Austin Peay.
Officers were told that a man had entered the lake at the library and had not come out.
