Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office investigators say a Kenner man found dead in a Metairie neighborhood on Friday morning was lying in the roadway when he was hit by a vehicle.
Shawn Morgan, 22, was pronounced dead after deputies were dispatched to a report of an unresponsive man at the intersection of Brockenbraugh Court and Claudius Street at about 6 a.m., said Sgt. Brandon Veal, spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Office.
