BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Tino Ibach, a Bakersfield resident known for his performances as a Stevie Wonder impersonator, has been arrested and faces serious charges following an incident involving a 3-year-old girl on Stockdale Highway.
According to court documents, the incident occurred on June 30 at Snappy’s gas station, located at 3601 Stockdale Highway. Ibach is accused of inappropriate contact with a 3-year-old girl. The documents state that Ibach approached the girl and her mother inside the store and grabbed the child’s hands.
