Two people are safe thanks to the rescue efforts of a good Samaritan who saved them from a burning boat on Lake Erie.
The U.S. Coast Guard said just before 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Coast Guard Station Buffalo responded after a 24-foot vessel caught fire two miles from the station in Buffalo and 800 meters from the international border.
