SLAUGHTERS, KY (07/15/2025 )– On July 12, 2025, at approximately 4:52 a.m. (CT), Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 2 was contacted by Webster County dispatch requesting that we investigate a two-vehicle fatal collision on Interstate 69.
Preliminary investigation revealed that Heather R. Greer, 30, of Henderson, KY, was operating a silver Kia Sorento southbound on I-69. Gregory Lundy, 31, of Indianapolis, IN, was operating a tan Toyota Camry northbound on I-69.
For unknown reasons, the Kia Sorento crossed the median, subsequently entering the northbound lanes while continuing to travel southbound. The Kia Sorento then struck the Toyota Camry…
