LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Cigarette butts, empty bottles, plastic bags, and human feces litter the parking lots and dumpster areas of the Iroquois Manor shopping center.
“It hurts me to see it like this. It’s aggravating,” said Pat Stayton, an Iroquois resident and business owner.
“This is my stomping grounds. This is my hometown,” he added. “I was raised right here. I’ve probably walked this very sidewalk thousands of times as a kid, and we just never seen this kind of stuff. We never saw the litter that we see now.”…
