VERO BEACH — A man who was last seen leaving his family’s restaurant business earlier this month has been found safe, according to police. Details on the day, time and location where Liu Y. Zhao was found were not immediately available.
Zhao, 23, of Vero Beach, left Chef Lins Asian Buffett, located in the 1800 block of U.S. 1 in Vero Beach, on the evening of July 6. Family members reported Zhao missing after he did not return.
