LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) – Today the Lafayette Police Departmentannounced the arrest of one individual and the shutdown of an unlicensed massage establishment following an operation conducted this afternoon.
Officials said Wei Chen Zhang, 30, was taken into custody for solicitation of sexual acts.
