ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Winnebago County Deputies arrested Rodney Clark, 50, on several weapon and drug charges.
Officers had been surveilling the suspect for a month. Clark was seen selling drugs on multiple occasions, according to court records.
Authorities reported they saw Clark sell drugs to someone in the 500 block of East Jefferson Street, near a Mobil Gas Station. Officials proceeded to follow the suspect’s car and pull it over.
