WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A Wichita woman found puppies inside a duffel bag in east Wichita on Tuesday night near the intersection of 25th and Minnesota.
Wichita Resident, Tonya Hill, says she and another neighbor discovered a duffel bag near a walkway in an east Wichita neighborhood around 7 p.m. Inside were four puppies, one of which was already dead.
“It was awful because I didn’t even know if they were going to make it,” Hill said…
