SafeSplash Swim School officials said the franchise opened a new location in Bridgeland in early July and has plans to hold a grand opening event on Aug. 9
Held Aug. 9 from 2-4 p.m. the grand opening event will feature an open swim afternoon, a balloon animal artist, snacks, local vendors and a raffle with free months and weeks of lessons…
