CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – If you were down near University of Virginia Grounds on Tuesday afternoon, you may have noticed a group of fraternity brothers on bikes.
Tuesday marked one of the final stops of the Western Kentucky University Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity’s coast-to-coast trek called Bike4Alz, a 15-year tradition that raises funds for and awareness about Alzheimer’s Disease research.
This year, the riders have already raised nearly $100,000 for research and will be donating 75% to the Sanders-Brown Center on Aging in Lexington, Kentucky, and the rest to the Alzheimer’s Association…
