FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Spirit Halloween is now haunting the former Big Lots on Illinois Road in Fort Wayne.
It’s nearly that time of year for fall celebrations, and Spirit Halloween has officially moved into the former Jefferson Pointe Big Lots, at 3958 Illinois Road.
