An Essex County surgeon is facing a seven-year suspension of his medical license after three of his patients suffered severe complications, the state Office of the Attorney General announced Wednesday.
David A. Greuner, who performed general, thoracic and vascular surgery, is accused of gross negligence, professional misconduct and a failure to comply with state standards for accurate and complete preparation of patient records, authorities said.
