ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR)- Police in Roanoke have identified the driver killed in a single-vehicle crash on Shenandoah Avenue.
The crash happened in the early morning hours of July 20. According to the Roanoke Police Department, the vehicle left the roadway and struck two utility poles and a tree.
