Founded in 1990 in Providence, Rhode Island, The Capital Grille has expanded nationwide, planting its fine-dining flag in more than 60 locations nationwide.
Located at 17446 Fiesta Texas Drive, the chain’s San Antonio location will feature its signature assortment of dry-aged in-house steaks. The restaurants are also known for creative takes on classic steakhouse favorites such as seared sea scallops with Maine lobster and asparagus risotto, lobster mac-and-cheese, Parmesan truffle fries and double-cut lamb rib chops.
The Capital Grille also boasts an extensive wine list and an elevated cocktail program, featuring selections such as the Black Tie Margarita and the Blackberry Bourbon Sidecar. The menu also includes playful takes on classic cocktails — the traditional Old Fashioned, for example, is reimagined as the In Fashion, made with Woodford Reserve bourbon and black walnut bitters.
San Antonio’s 10,068-square-foot The Capital Grille will include a lounge along with five private spaces for guest gatherings and special events. The restaurant will be open for dinner seven days a week…
