A Mt. Vernon woman pleaded guilty in federal court on July 21 for her role in a wire fraud conspiracy that targeted the Missouri Lottery Commission and an area gas station.
Amy Young, 42, pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge David P. Rush to one count each of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud.
