HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM)– Police are searching for a man who allegedly attacked two people, concussing one, outside of a bar in Harrisburg.
The Harrisburg Police Department is seeking information on a suspect who is accused of attacking two people outside of a local bar. The suspect allegedly gave a male victim a concussion and kicked a female victim in the head.
