ATHENS, Ala. – The Limestone County Sheriff’s Office arrested 47-year-old Cesar Gonzales on charges related to a child sexual abuse investigation.
Lt. Jay Stinnett started the case on June 27 with help from the Alabama Department of Human Resources and the Limestone Child Advocacy Center. They investigated a report of a 14-year-old being sexually abused.
