Lancaster man charged for harassing women while impersonating officer, ICE agent: police

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster man is facing charges after allegedly impersonating a police officer and I.C.E. agent while harassing two women for $300, according to West Lampeter Township Police.

Zachary Bernhardt, 26, is facing charges of impersonating a public servant following an incident on July 23.
