KENTUCKY (WKYT) – Law enforcement officials with two different agencies are asking people with information about a man believed to be connected to the deaths of three women to come forward.
The Winchester Police Department announced on Tuesday that detectives would like to speak with anyone who has had a personal relationship with Brian Epperson, has used Epperson as a contractor, or Epperson has had access to or completed maintenance inside their residence in the past three years.
“We’re just a few sets of hands and just a few sets of eyes, and you hear all the time if you see something, say something, and we rely on that heavily to compile evidence for these cases,” said Winchester Chief of Police Travis Thompson.
