UPDATE 7:30AM:
FHP reports the driver was going south on Livingston Road at Nicholas Way, when they failed to maintain the outside lane and went over the raised curb on the west edge of the roadway. The driver then continued traveling southwest over a grass divider, and a sidewalk, hitting a light pole and a tree, according to troopers. The car rotated after the crash and came to final rest in a shallow water filled ditch, while the car caught fire.
