Pair suspected of firing pistols outside Menifee store

Two men allegedly opened fire in the parking lot of a Menifee retail outlet, possibly to frighten customers or others who were not injured, authorities said Thursday.

Alonzo Jalen Blackmon, 19, of San Francisco and Samuel Allen Fellows, 21, of Buckeye, Arizona, were arrested and booked into Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta Wednesday on suspicion of negligent discharge of a firearm, assault with a deadly weapon and conspiracy.
