(KRON) — A 55-year-old Chico man is accused of prowling in a Petaluma neighborhood while under the influence of a controlled substance, said the Petaluma Police Department.
Arrested East Bay man allegedly followed, groped multiple women; victims sought
The incident occurred at 11:50 p.m. in the area of Keokuk and Cherry streets. PPD said they were alerted by a concerned community member.
“The reporting party stated that the subject had been seen entering private backyards and behaving suspiciously by walking around neighboring front yards, examining porches, and attempting to enter backyards,” said Petaluma police.
