CGIC to Address Georgia’s Low National Ranking in Child Well-Being

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Georgia fell two spots, to 39th nationally for overall child well-being, when the 2025 Kids Count Data Book was released last month.

Those rankings reflect factors such as increased poverty and lower proficiency in reading and math.
