SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — As the countdown to the weekend is ticking down, the City of Syracuse is alerting drivers of road closures taking place Friday, July 25, through Sunday, July 27, surrounding two Syracuse festivals.
The Syracuse Arts & Crafts Festival returns to Downtown Syracuse Friday through Sunday. Clinton Square will also host the Dead Is Alive Fest, a tribute to The Grateful Dead.
