BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Youth violence continues to be a troubling trend in Baton Rouge, as more teens become both the victims and suspects in deadly crimes.
Earlier this month, two teenagers were arrested in connection with a murder in the Scotlandville area. Around the same time, a 15-year-old was booked in a separate fatal shooting outside a local nightclub.
