GREEN BAY (WLUK) – Abigail Guerrero was convicted Friday for her role in the armed robbery her boyfriend committed at the restaurant where she worked.
Guerrero, 31, pleaded no contest to being party to the crime of armed robbery. Another count was dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 12.
Reinaldo Fuentes-Nietzsche was sentenced previously to five years in prison for the Feb. 17, 2024 incident at El Ranchito on S. Webster Avenue.
According to the criminal complaint, Fuentes-Nietzsche entered the store, showed a gun, and told the clerk, “Give me everything right now or I’ll shoot both of you right now!”…
