Emerging sunshine has helped bring on the heat and humidity this afternoon. A HEAT ADVISORY continues for areas south of HWY 29 until 8pm.
A cold front moving into Wisconsin will bring showers and storms this evening and into the early part of the overnight for areas north and west of Green Bay. Areas south of Green Bay, like those at EAA this evening, should stay mainly dry.
With the heat and humidity out there, strong to possibly severe storms are possible. Main impacts would be damaging winds, downpours and cloud to ground lightning, but an isolated spin up tornado can not be ruled out. Rain and storm threat should end around midnight.
Thursday expect a mixture of sun and clouds and the warm and muggy air to stick around, as highs reach the low to mid 80s and dew points return to the upper 60s…
