BOULDER, Colo. (KDVR) — Dash and body-worn camera video captured the lengths a Boulder County Sheriff’s sergeant had to go to stop a wrong-way driver on Highway 36 in May.
On May 25, around 5 a.m., conditions were rainy and dark as Sgt. McKim was driving on U.S. 36.
“The vehicle actually passed her going the wrong way, and she was alert enough to spot it and realize there’s a threat to people in the community posed by this vehicle, and then accelerated,” Boulder County Sheriff Curtis Johnson said…
