TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The U.S. Army recently updated its facial hair grooming policy, setting new limits on permanent medical shaving waivers.
The move is causing pushback from some soldiers, including at Ft. Huachuca, as the Army reinforces its long-standing clean-shaven rule.
