BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A passenger on the Kern Transit Bus that rolled over north of Lancaster in early July has filed a claim against Kern County, according to the Kern County Board of Supervisors agenda.
The claim says the passenger suffered injuries to the neck, arms, back and other physical pains, as well as “severe trauma and anxiety.” He was taken to the Palmdale Regional Hospital via ambulance after the crash, according to the claim.
The passenger is seeking between $10,000 and $25,000 from the county, although the claim didn’t specify an amount.
