Coastal Carolina University students, parents frustrated over housing concerns

CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — With only a month left until move-in day, both new and returning Coastal Carolina University students are finding themselves without a place to stay, and with limited assistance from the school.

According to CCU’s website, all first and second-year students are required to live on campus. However, some of those students reported being denied the option to live on campus.

The housing section of the website also features a pop-up stating that any applications submitted after June 30 would not be assigned “due to high demand for on-campus housing.”…
