PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Police Department said it arrested a man in connection with a shooting at Passion Lounge on May 18.
34-year-old Elliot Marzette was charged with felony assault with a dangerous weapon, firing in a compact area, license or permit required for carrying a firearm, drive by shooting, use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence, carrying a dangerous weapon while committing a crime of violence, and possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a crime.
