(KRON) — A father with prior DUI convictions on his record is now facing murder charges after his 10-year-old son died in a Napa Valley crash.
Aaron Brian Kennedy, 35, of Angwin, was allegedly under the influence of alcohol on July 18, 2025 while he was driving in St. Helena, prosecutors said. His son, 10-year-old Aiden, was sitting in a passenger seat.
