WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, N.C. (WECT) -The Wrightsville Beach Ocean Rescue (WBOR) brought home their regional title last week for the fifth year in a row.
WBOR traveled to Nags Head and competed in the United States Lifesaving Association (USLA) South Atlantic Regional Championships.
The women’s team came in first place in the Beach Relay, 2K Run, Rescue Race, Landline, and Beach Flags, while the men’s team won in Landline and Beach Flags. WMBOR placed in the top three in 10 out of 14 events…
