Los Ranchos residents cleaning up after Wednesday flooding

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A quick rainstorm in the North Valley on Wednesday afternoon packed a big punch, leaving some residents scrambling to keep water from coming into their homes. Cell phone video sent to KRQE News 13 from Orlando Marquez showed his family quickly pushing water out of their Los Ranchos home on Wednesday afternoon. In less than 30 minutes, over an inch of rain fell.

On Thursday, Marquez’s property was covered in mud as the family worked to clean up and dry out their home with fans.
