An AMBER Alert issued by the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office(KCSO) was canceled after the three-month-old was found at Colman Dock in Seattle.
A mother and her 3-month-old daughter at the center of the alert were found aboard the Bremerton-Seattle ferry.
