$15K offered for info on missing Eagle River man Tony Kronos

EAGLE RIVER, Alaska (KTUU) – Friends of Tony Kronos, the Eagle River man who has been missing since March, are now offering a $15,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for his disappearance.

Asa Chandler, a childhood friend of Kronos, said the money was raised through both a GoFundMe and a live auction event that was held in the community back in May.

Chandler said the lack of information about what police have called “an active investigation” has been discouraging. The group has tried to keep Krono’s story in the public eye, but with no new leads, he says it’s been difficult.

“Hopefully [the reward] will give us a little incentive, anybody that might know something but hasn’t wanted to say anything,” Chandler said…
