Affordable housing lottery in the Bronx has rent as low as $465; offers three-bedroom units

THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — An affordable housing lottery has just opened in the Bronx and is offering rental units as low as $465, according to NYC Housing Connect.

Wakefield Yards, a new affordable housing opportunity, will be located in the Wakefield section of the Bronx and will offer more than 200 units.

New York City households that earn between $19,235 – $160,720 are eligible to apply, according to the eligible income section.
