Drug bust in Hopkinsville yields large amounts of spice, meth, crack

HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – After a substantial investigation, multiple law enforcement agencies collaborated to uncover a large amount of narcotics in Hopkinsville.

According to a news release from the Hopkinsville Police Department, on July 24 members of HPD’s Special Investigation Unit as well as the DEA-Paducah Post of Duty conducted search warrants at two Hopkinsville, Kentucky residences.

As a result of the search warrants, investigators seized methamphetamine, crack cocaine, a synthetic narcotic known as “Spice” and multiple firearms.
