(WHTM) — The victim in a fatal motorcycle crash on U.S. 322 has been identified.
Officials said Noel Soto was the rider in a Wednesday morning crash on U.S. 322 Westbound near Witmer Road in Swatara Township.
Soto’s motorcycle struck a garbage truck, authorities said.
